Summary of Policies

Upon Enrollment, a complete informational packet of parent policies
and procedures will be issued and reviewed.

  • Nutritional Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks provided.
  • Parents are responsible for diapers, wipes, spare clothes, formula, bottles, blankets, ointments, sunscreen, baby food, etc
  • Yearly registration fee of $60.00 per child due upon enrollment.
  • Secure entrance a $25.00 Key Fob Fee
  • Upon start date, all necessary fees must be paid and paperwork must be complete, accurate, and turned in
  • Absent children should be called in before 9:00 a.m.
  • Enrolled children may add-on a day of care with advanced notice at the add-on daily fee
  • Sick policy: a 24 hour symptom free waiting period must elapse before returning to the Center. A doctor's note may be required based on symptoms. (In the event of absence, fees are applied)
  • All party treats or goodies must be store-bought with visible nutritional labels.
  • It is important to follow your child's pick-up and drop-off times. This is necessary for the child to be in a routine and it allows staff to be scheduled accordingly.
  • To avoid late fees, fees are due the morning of care on your child's first day of the week.
  • A sibling discount will be applied to the total weekly fee.
  • Allergies: Please communicate with the Center if your child has allergies, especially food.
  • Communication: Parents will receive daily notes from staff informing them of their child's day.
  • Open Door Policy: Please feel free to contact Center Director at any time should any concerns arise.

(A Child's Place reserves the right to change, add-on, implement, or delete any policies. If a
change should occur, parents will be given timely notice. Please consult Parent Handbook for further policies.)
